Suggestion and Complaint Book in the WebKredit App

We would like to inform you about the possibility to share your feedback on dining services at JU canteens through the WebKredit application.
Since November, the Suggestion and Complaint Book has been available in the Feedback section of the app.

This tool allows you to easily share your comments, suggestions for improvement, ideas related to meal selection, food quality, or canteen operations, as well as compliments, which are just as important to us.

Simply log in to the WebKredit app, open the Feedback section, and select the Suggestion and Complaint Book. It only takes a few minutes.
