Price list of accommodation in university dormitories from 1.9.2026

Dormitory K1 – Suite system (2 types of suites: 1st type – 3 single rooms; 2nd type – 3 single rooms and 1 double room), each suite has its own bathroom facilities and an unequipped kitchenette with an induction hob. Internet connection is available via cable or Wi-Fi. Accommodation in the suite can be mixed-gender.
Dormitory K2 a K3 – double rooms with a fridge and sink, shared bathroom facilities and an unequipped kitchen with unduction stove on each floor. Internet connection via cable or Wi-Fi.
Dormitory K4 – Cell-style accommodation (2 types of cells: Type 1 – 2 double rooms; Type 2 – 2 single rooms), private bathroom in each cell, unequipped kitchen with an induction stove on each floor. Internet access is available via cable or Wi-Fi. Accommodation in each cell may be mixed-gender.
Dormitory K5 – single, double and triple rooms with private bathroom and unequipped kitchen with with an electric stove on each floor. Internet connection via cable or Wi-Fi.
Short-term accommodation up to 29 nights:
Check in – from 2 pm
Check out – until 10 am
In case of late departure, an extra night may be charged.
Paid accommodation and services are non-refundable, even in the event of early termination.

•All long-term accommodated (30 and more nights) must pay an accommodation deposit of 5,000 CZK no later than the day of arrival.
•You can pay:
   o online via the ISKAM accommodation system
   o at the reception by card or in cash (in CZK only)

•For stays of up to 60 consecutive nights (inclusive), a stay fee is charged for persons over 18 years of age according to the currently valid General Binding Decree of the City of České Budějovice.
•Persons under the age of 18 can only be admitted with the written consent of their legal guardian.
•Prices include internet connection and the use of personal small el. appliances.
